For each Ejinn card or Fusionist card that Perishes on their turn, add +5 to the card Penalty. 
Dimension cards stay in play. Each player can play 1 Dimension per turn on their side. If either play decides to play a new Dimension,that player discards their old Dimension card.
You can play 1 new Dimension card per turn.
